22% premium within 5 days after the auction. All auctions are witnessed and

documented by Goverment Appointed Auction Officer, Pejabat Lelang Kelas

II (PLII), thus, failing to pay and comply with the terms within 30 days after

the auction, your names could and will be included in the black list of creditors

(Wanprestasi) circulated to other auction houses and relevant institutions.
